Im putting together a 383 with cc306 and ported heads 2.02-1.60, 11-1C.R and all the other mods in my mod list. Im not sure what lbs injectors i should use? I might put a 100-150 wet shot on it, I was thinking about the svo 30lbs or accel 32lbs?

 

I am using 30# SVO's in my 383 stock headed LT1. 36 or 42 will give you room to grow but 30# SVO's are just fine with me.

Alot of bad feedback regarding the Accels, I would stick with the SVOs as mentioned above.

 

For ballpark sizing, multiply your flywheel HP x 0.07....

example: 500 flywheel HP x 0.07 = 35 #/HR

That assumes a decent tune (0.476 BSFC) and an 85% duty cycle. With 30# injectors, you are limiting yourself to about 450 flywheelHP, even allowing for the 5% extra flow you get out of the SVO's at 43.5psi. I'd opt for a 36# or even a 42# injector.
