383 stroker problems

Hey everyone, I have a 383 stroker in my 94 camaro z28.....I just got a brand new starter put on my car and it was starting beautifully yesterday...i drove it all yesterday .... and finally let it rest @ around 12:00 yesterday. Well 2day when i went to start her ( was engine cold) she started ..then I put her into reverse ....as I started reversing she went off....I continued to try and start the car and the car responded with engine turning for a couple of sec. then shutting off... I let the car rest until just while ago...once again the car started ...then shut off moments after...I really need some help here..thanx

Did you check the fuel level? .... check the fuel pressure?

Did you take a good look? Sounds like something loose/disconnected.

it could be a hundred things,if you get it to start let it idle first before you just try to move it.Does it have any codes(ses light)?check the wires on the starter you just replaced.

need to put fuel pressure gauge and a scan tool on it, and as mentioned - look for loose connection/broken wire where you just worked - by the starter.
