And also how many miles will i be able to go with this motor? it still is goin to be a street car. thanks alot

i would ask
why such a conservitive compression ratio if its all forged 383?
is this compression for emissions legality or because there was the idea of forced induction discused with you and him (the engine builder)?

from the limited info provided i'll just let ya know that in general all forged internals are going to increase engine longevity if taken care of propperly.

well it is going to parcily be emmisons legal. and ivetuly throw a bottle on it. but some random kid told me a stroked enigne will not last that long. he said like 50K and the money i am goin to spend i want a little logner then that. is he right?

Stroked or not, with forged internals it should last fine. Now if you go spraying it unmercifully all the time, it won't last forever.

A stock engine is smog legal and it has more compression than what you stated. Don't know why you would want it that much lower.

i would go at least 10.5.1 or11.0.1,nitrous likes compression.a engine only last as well as it built.

How does a lower compression ratio help emmisions? Which emmisions would it reduce and why?
