And what kind of bolt on LS1 you talkin about.. bolt ons mean different things to different people..

If you go from a stop and get traction you shouldn't have a problem...

...you should walk away from him. You have a stall, gears, and 50+ horsepower on him. Shouldn't really matter how you race

As long as the builder of the 383 LT1 wasn't completely brain dead there is no way any kind of bolt on LS1 should be able to come close to you. Maybe 5 years ago people might have had different opinions but these days a good aggressively built 383 LT1 puts out well over 500rwhp and a stock LS1 puts out between 280-310 rwhp, so a bolt on LS1 will never be close to your numbers if the build was done aggressively and correctly. You should still be well over 100 rwhp beyond the usual bolt on LS1.

I'd say 500 rwhp is high, doesn't lloyd say something around 400-420 for his LE2 setup?

le2- id say 400-450rw depending on how aggressive it is. Mild or wild.

No one informed me 500rwhp was the new 420whp for the LT1 either, don't feel left out.

That camaro "should" walk away from the ls1. Unless someone sucks.
