well i finally got my Z dyno today and dont know about the results started off the dyno as is.... with mail order tune and ended up with ...332rwhp... then with the dyno brought it up to 367rwhp is it me or does it seen a bit low? can a a4 really rob that much power heres some pics (dyno was done by jeremy formato) www.fasterproms.com

The graph is a bit jumpy but that could be that the operator isn't using any of the smoothing factors to make it look better, which can hide things as well. It appears that fp is not an issue as the AFR looks to be smooth at around 13-13.2 all the way thru.
Something isn't adding up I agree...my 350 A4 is coming in low at 349rwhp with similar heads/cam to the LE2 package...haven't figured it out yet, but I'm suspecting a bad opti although it shows no classic signs, but mine is 90k miles old..or rocker lash not set correctly on all the rockers..
Also, is the dyno set to SAE correction and what was it if so, or STD? IT should say down at the bottom of the dyno sheet.

Do you have a stall? and how big? My friends' cammed LS1 with 3200 stall made 328 rwhp after dyno tuning, but it did 11.8 ET in the 1/4. Without stall it made 367 rwhp.
Re: 383 Le2 A4 Finally Dyno Tuned!!(blurry Pics Inside Sorry)
its a stock converter and stock gears 3.23 as for if its std or sae... not to sure i would have to call them up and see this really has me stumped i thought as well it was a bad opti it was new.. but you never know so i replaced it again and still the same result so i guess i can rule out that its a opti issue

What does your exhaust consist of? Headers? etc..Air intake? What was your A/F ratio? How does it feel when driving it? I agree the numbers seem low, but if the tune is good I would take it to the track and see how it traps..don't worry about ET, mph is a function of hp...My car dynos low, but traps 119.5 mph...

YES, an auto will never put out the numbers that a manual will. I've read people losing 20rwhp JUST from the auto as compared to a manual. Thats your main problem. ET is more important, go run some good times and you'll be happy...

Re: 383 Le2 A4 Finally Dyno Tuned!!(blurry Pics Inside Sorry)
For a small reference I went from 400ish SAE (manual 12 bolt) to 370 SAE(auto with 4k flash stall, 12 bolt). This was on a 305 Comp cam with low 10 to 1 compression, shorty SLP headers, no cutout, no e-pump and good heads (17 inch rims).
Now After lots of mods compression, cam, heads, big time manifold work, e-pump, cut-out, full length headers. I make 448 SAE through my 12 bolt, no dyno tricks on 17 inch rims.
So, you can see the loss with converter over manual is large even with a not so big converter. And with my bigger converter I use now, I loose even more. But, my average horse power is higher and that plus your sixty foot is what's important.
Take it to the strip and see what she really runs...Look at mile an hour and remember it's really important to get your shift rpm correct....
