383 input please

So im thinking of buying a brand new 383 shortblock with:

4340 3.75 in Crank
5.7 I beam rods
Probe SRS Dish pistons 20.4 volume
I will use the CC503 for cam

I did all the DCR and SCR on Pat Kelleys calculator and this is what i got:

Bore Diamater : 4.030
Stroke In: 3.75
CC volume : 54cc
Head gasket thickness: .026
Head gasket bore: 4.125
Piston to Deck Clearance: .010
Piston Volume : 20.4 cc
Quench Distance : .036

SCR : 10.53 DCR: 8.37

How does everything check out? Do you guys think the SCR and DCR are fine?

Well yea i want more compression too, the only way to get more compression was if a 0 decked the block but im not sure if that would cause a problem since im using .026 gaskets. Would i get any piston/valve slap?

Go with different pistons. I'm running 11.4-11.5:1 with my stock bottom end.

Well the guy already had those pistons in the shortblock already. I thought about changing them out as well, would i be missing out on some serious ponies if i left it at 10.5:1?

What would you guys recommend for a good piston that will see no boost and wont break the bank, perferably flat top?
