I bought the motor off a guy who builds motors out of Spring Texas his name is Herb Glaesmann. He does good work and the price is right. He told me 2 of the 70 LT1 strokers he built have the same contact problem. I have everything worked out now so no worries. I still want to put a larger pan on in the future. I'm out of money so if anyone can get a cheap deep pan let me know.
