377 stoker???
377 stoker???
Hey I was wondering. CAn I put a 3.75 Crank in my LT1. With no boring of the block. AND keep stock rods. Would that make it a 377? Also what parts would I need. IM worried about pistons travling to high I guess. I really dont no too much about stroking a motor. But id rather not bore. I guess block thickness is good right?

yeah i wanted to save alittle money so i kept the stock bore. i used 4.00 probe racing pistons. they were the only forged piston in a 4.0 inch bore that wasnt custom order... i think there $350-$400 a set. real nice peices.. probeindustries.com
in the interest of ring seal i'd probably have it bored 10 or 20 over. depending on your goals here, that'll open up a ton of piston choices for you relatively speaking. but skimping money for boring whats that average like $100 total... i have to seriously wonder if you know what you're getting into if you want to save on boring.
