yalls 355 runs a bit hotter than your old LT1 right?

Mine runs a lil past the 1st like, prob like 190-200. BUt when i come to a stop and have the fans on, it cools back down to around 185 or so, right under the 1st line. but then when moving again it rises back up to a lil above that 1st line...

 

Is your coolant system bled properly?

 

yea, but im still messing with it..

Im about to go add some more water and then close the system and bleed the vavle.

 

Mine goes to where the fans are set to come on and stays.

Elec Wp, 160 stat, fans set at 180/187.

 

Yeah i have a electric WP and a 160 stat mine stays right at 170-180 all the time

 

Fans tuned? 160*tstat?

 

mine stays right above the first line never above

I think you just need to get the bubbles out of the system

 

just did and everything is fine. I also have a manual fan switch!
