Question 325-350 hp wanted

hey there guys im looking to add a little extra punch to my a4 94 z28...and i enjoy reading all these threads and posts, but im kinda a newb with camaros, if u guys could tell me a great way to get to 325-350 hp with my car that would be great...i have a c.a.i and a cat back but thats all..if u guys could let me know what cam rockers ext. i would need to get to my goal tha would be great! im not trying to build a beast just a sleeping beauty ...all help is very useful

If you are wanting 325-350 RWHP, you will need all boltons and a cam. That will get you there. Port the heads good and you will be 375-400.

I recommend the gmpp lt4 hot cam kit part #12480002 should get you up to 325 easily from a stock setup.

This pretty much sums it up. You don't need to go too wild with the cam. CC305 or a HotCam as suggested above should get you there. Don't forget a custom tune. This is simple enough that one of the mail order tunes would get you there very easily.

you might want to compare the numbers on the HOTCAM with another cam. I didn't get the HOTCAM b/c I thought it wouldn't be enough of a change. Research different cams a bit....you could always return the Hotcam. You are gonna need some supporting items with the cam anyway( rockers, springs etc) , so there is no rush to throw it in.
