32 Error Codes!!!
Maybe the OP could answer the question, so we could be sure.
yeah the check engien light doesnt come on at all when the key is in the on position so they wont let me pass. the previous owner removed the cat and then blew and head and had the car sitting sence 2005. he said he only started it maybe once every 6 months and all he had to do was charge the battery. could the car from sitting this long make all these codes come up??
Is this post some sort of joke.
The vehicle does not even have the following codes:
17, 98, 31, 86, 87, 88, 89, 92, 76 or 78
OBDI f bodys don't use those codes
Next, if you had a consistent DTC18, the pcm shuts OFF the problem injector. Thus creating a dead cylinder. You would or SHOULD notice a misfire and a noticeable lack of power.
Next, you have nearly all the codes for the transmission. Do you think the tranny is unhooked from the PCM?????????
Now let's look at what codes are left.
You have a 32, 64, 91, and a 77. All seem to have the number 6 fan fuse which is 10amp located in the underhood fuse box in common. check it.
I think you have a wrong scanner that does not communicate correctly with the PCM. Have someone else scan it.
Also, If you turn the key on but don't crank the engine. You should notice all the diagnostic lights come on. Including the SES. It will then go off. If it does not illuminate during the pre diagnostic. There is a problem.

One of the more frustrating parts of trying to help someone online is a lack of response to questions. Two of us have asked what kind of scanner was used. I already pointed out that many of the codes weren't valid. But no response....... Have to wonder if he really wants help.
sorry i forgot to mention the scanner its on this site

thank you for your help you guys i really need it to. i contacted thier technical support for the scanner and told them that these codes shouldnt be coming up and they didnt help me at all. they made me run it under different vin's and under a "truck" model for some reason and still nothing worked.
but yes when i get my car smogged the "check engine" light has to be on when the key is in the on position. if it is not then no pass. and it is not on but you said thier would be a code coming up if bulb is out or removed and their is no code for that. im so confused with this car....
thanks for the help again though you guys its really appreciated

Your scanner wont erase the codes? I guess my innova is a couple steps up then. I think innova rocks, mine has both OBD1 and 2
If you notice the information about the unit in question. It says,
"Designed to retrieve diagnostic codes in all OBD2 (1996 and newer) and some of the most popular OBD1 (1981 to 1995) vehicles.
The f body's OBDI pcm is different from everyone else's. It's no wonder it doesn't work right.
Send it back for your money back.
