Unless of course you're abusing them...I've never had a problem with Z rated tires lasting...I had some goodyears that wore out in about 21k and the tire shop replaced them free and I got some bridgestones those wore very very well and provided excellent grip in the process. What are you guys doin to wear these things out so fast?
Nitto drag radials and Victor racing tires are shallow tread, soft compound tires not intended for general street use. No way you will get 25-40K miles out of them. Doubt they have any sort of tread warranty at all.

I didn't realize it was Nitto DR's you were speaking of...I was mostly speaking towards the street tires the goodyears and some of the others mentioned in this post....one more thing if this car is a daily driver tires that wide act kinda like water ski's when its raining...same thing for the snow...but they look DANG GOOD...

They're really good value. Grab pretty good and don't wear too fast. I just finished a set, but I got them used (came with the rims) so i don't know the mileage. I just ordered the Goodyear F-1 GS-D3s. Guess I'm just a sucker for the tread.

The 315 Sumitomos give pretty damn good traction for $140. I was skeptical at first but I gotta admit they're pretty good. We'll be makin a burnout video with what's left of them

I had them for about 10 months. Daily driving.

The Nitto DRs are excellent in a 315 if you don't mind only getting about 7-10K before the tread is gone. I've used them on previous cars, and with a combination of regular street use, a couple of open track days, and a few nights at the drag strip, they lasted until about 7K miles with useable tread. After that point they are still good for track/dragstrip/dry street use, but NOT rain use. I think I have about 14K miles on my current pair and they are still good for track use.

You might also want to look at Falken...their passenger tires = **** but their Z rated radials aren't bad and they're supposed to be good for 40k...I just put yokohamas on mine this morning...I should get about 35k out of those

I just ordered a set of these. Not a terrible price for 315s. My buddy has them and loves them... they have been rated very high at TireRack too.

I also have a set of the Pirelli P7000 tires. They don't make them anymore but those suckers last a LONG time and are decent in the rain as well.
