I got good mileage on the highway, bad in city (idle is set too high though). VERY ROUGH idle b4 getting warmed up in winter, not too bad in the summer. It's tollerable, if that's what you are asking.

The low end power is about the same I guess, it moves the powerband up, but it's still pretty strong down low. The great part is that the engine now pulls really hard all the way to 6500 rpm.
I doesn't lope much at all anymore, because I got the PCM tuned, but when I had the stock pcm in, it would lope very nicely at the cold start, but had a nice wicked sound still when it warmed up. You could definately tell it had been cammed.
Edit: my gas mileage is about 25-26 still on the highway, it didn't really change at all that I could tell.
