3.42's with cc305 and LE heads?

3.42's with cc305 and LE heads?
i have 3.42's in my car right now but was wandering if they will be enough with the cc305 and some Lloyd Elliott heads? i have a vigilante 2800 and was wandering if it would be big enough for the cam also or do i need to get it bumped up a notch?
