2nd gear 1800 rpm, rattle and clunk

I was jsut cruzing slowly at 1800 rpm in 2nd and I could hear a rattle, clutch in goes away, ok so throw out bearing is going out (i think thats what it is) but when I let off the cas at this speed I hear a clunk like bang. to me it seems like the gears arent tight and the bang happens when one gear stops pushing the other one and goes to slowing it down..... but I can tell if its from the tranny or the rear end (if its tranny its more mid rear)

anyone have any ideas or am I worrying about nothing

have you checked your trans mount?

it could be broken and that speed is the specific spot that causes a vibration

kindda like a natural frequency if you know your physics
