Hmm.....not something I would do. What happens when the shampoo cap gets sucked into the throttle body?

gee lemme think, since people been doing it for years and have never had any problems the cap doesn't even fit all the way through the elbow, theres no possible way for it to go anywhere. Not to mention that I have it held in place with a hose clamp.

Know what your talking about before you roll yours eyes

rofl ok buddy.....I actually recall some people having problems with that. and don't ****ing tell me what to do. I personally would rather spend $58 and do it the right way than be a cheap bastard.

sweet bro go ahead.. when people are smoking your *** at the track cause they decided to spend their money on more important thing's other than an intake elbow that can easily be bypassed, you can just say "well at least I got a 1LE elbow"

1LE elbow doesn't have the donkey dong hole.. but it does have the flange[which can be cut off with a razor knife] for it, the oval piece just isn't cut out..

Geez, some of you are being stupid. It's a freakin' elbow. If you wanna buy a 1LE, fine...if you don't...fine. Personally, I like the Trick Flow cause I wanna spruce up my engine bay.

Don't buy it. Removing the silencer has no real effect. I just did it to get clutter out.

The 1LE is also made of thicker rubber. Makes it easier to get it on the throttle body, also less tendency to tear or fold under at the TB opening.

i have the 1LE elbow for 2 reasons. 1 is because i run an electrid waterpump,so the stock tube had to go. 2 is that i personally dont like the "shampoo cap" idea (plus i have shaved my head for 10 years, forgot what shampoo bottles look like).

it's your money,do with it what you want,no need for a pissing match. BTW i paid $35 for my 1le elbow

I remember when people listed the 1LE elbow as a mod....
