1996 Camaro Z28 SS Oxygen sensor #s?
Is the proper part number for the pre-cat (upstream) 02 sensor
GM 25312196 or AC Delco AFS97? Mine is a non California car, do I just have the pre-cat 02 sensors, or are there downstream 02 sensors as well?

There are four O2 sensors overall. One before each of the two catalyutic converters, and two after. The only ones that affect engine performance are the once before the cats. The part number is 25312184 or AC-Delco # AFS75.

The part number you list is for the rear O2 sensors, that only monitor if the cat is functioning properly.
