Actually, I keep getting told that the early LT1 castings flowed the best. Who knows, right?

Thanx for the replie's

"Well as madwolf said"
:Yes, it will. Just swap the 94 knock sensor over to the 96 engine and use the 94 harness and PCM. Use the 94 exhaust manifolds and swap the optispark (distributor) harness from the 96 harness to the 94 engine harness. That's about it.;

This is what i was looking for not to much to do and no more money spent.Iam buy it out of a 1996 auto Z28 it has 63,000 mile on it.For $1500 what do ya'll think of the deal doe's it sound good an it comes with computer,wire harness and all the acc .Yeah i don't need the com,harness so if any1 need wants it let me know.

So if there is anything else that Madwolf didnt meation please feel me in thanks.

I'm fuzzy on what you did with the opti harness. Did you use the 94 opti harness on the new motor?? If so, then you need to use the 96 opti harness because the opti plug is a longer one than on the 94. The 94 harness probably isn't getting a good contact with the opti plug.
