1994 LTI Problems

I have a 1994 Z28 with the LT1. The car starts and runs fine, but after driving for a while it stalls out. Atempts to restart have it stumble and stall again. If I let it sit for a few hours, it starts fine and runs great.....but only for a period of time until the same symptoms appear. The car has very low mileage (44K) and the previous owner stored it in the winter. In Florida, we like to drive our cars in the winter, but I cannot drive this car until a positive fix is accomplished This is my wife's new ride so the heat is on Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 1994 LTI Problems

Rule out the fuel pump by monitoring fuel pressure before and during the problem. Use a hose type gage that you can tape to the windshield.

Yes, the back of the fuel rail is the place to attach your fp test gauge.
