Hey guys just wondering what some of you guys are getting per tankful. I'm always around 185. I have stock 323 gears TCI 2800 converter, 388 motor, Comp cams 304 (works with stock computer) Granateli meter, BBK 58, 190 AFR's, headers. Car seems to run great and strong (seat of the pants feel) Combo has less then 2500 miles. Seems like only around 12 miles to the gallon if Im doing it right. Seems to be way low. Heck my race car got 8-9 miles to the gallon but at least it ran 9's Anything to look for? Is a computer tune make a big difference in gas mileage? any help would be apprcdiated. thanks Andel

 

I get about the same, 12-14 mpg with a mix of highway and city driving.

 

I've yet to get 200 to a tank.

 

For me when I did the hotcam kit, the car felt good and the gas mileage was alright, but after computer tunning from pcmforless.com it was a night and day difference. Car was much stronger and gas mileage was a lot better.

i get 200, but i know i run rich cuz i can smell it... i got new o2s waiting to be put in

 

I was getting about 8 mpg with my 396 stroker. It was just dynotuned, so I'm anxious to see if that helped much.

 

i get about 330 on the highway and i have a a4

 

my last three tanks ive gotten 12.6, 13.1, and 13.18 mpg, ive been keeping my rpms below 2k this tank so im curious to see how much it will help. I should refill by sunday so ill let you guys know

 

I get 17-18 average.About half city half highway with some WOT action in between.

 

getting about 250 mixed highway and city...but mostly city stop and go...300+ if i was just cruising on the highway

 

When i drive home to Chicago and I put the cruise at 75 mph, I get about 400 miles per tank. And thats with one or two times hauling *** on the on ramps.

 

im in the 160-175 range

i would love to see 250-300

i need some new O2's
