15x10" draglites with 26x12.5-15 M/T
Has anyone ran with 15x10" draglites with 26x12.5-15 M/T? Did you experience any rubbing of the tire against the body of the car? I like to know what you guys think about this combo before i buy it.
Does M/T even make a 26x12.5-15 ET Street of ET Drag? They don't list them on the website.
The 15x10's will need a 7.5" backspace. I've run a 28x11.5 QTP with an 11.2" section width, with no problems as far as the inner fenders. The diameter can be a problem, due to growth at trap speeds over 125. I just switched to 28x10.5-15W ET Drags, with a 13.1" section width, and they were hard up against the inner fenders that I had already hammered for my 315/35's.
You need to get the exact section width of the tire you are actually buying to determine if it will rub.
