mods in sig plus the xe224/230. heres the deal. i got a 2.1 60 ft which is crap i know but at around the top of second i hear a loud rattling noise but stay in it anyway. i feel the cars loss of power though and end up with a 13.2 @108. turns out the noise was a loose rocker that was barely hangin on and the self aligning "feet" were all chewed up. it was the #6 cylinder intake valve rocker. had this not happened, what do you think i would have ran?

 

you probably would have ran a mid 12, maybe its hard to say...

did you get the car fixed? does it run ok now?

High 12 and you probably would have run 110mph. I had 2 rockers loose and I raced my buddy's 69 caamaro. I put a bunch of cars on hi from a dig till about 100mph (probably 5 cars). I then fixed the problem, went to the track and ran 1.4 sec and 16mph faster than him. Dont know how many cars it would have been.

 

I would say high 12 easily.

Friday I ran a 12.90 @ 110 with a high rpm miss and I have shorties.
