20 bucks a pop sounds good to me.
Hell for $150.00 I will design you a motor on my two programs and not $100.00 programs either, way more costly.

Guys......

Quick way to FIND THE ACTUAL CLOSING POINT OF THE VALVE....

((Advertised Duration - .050 Duration) / 2) + IVC @ .050 = advertised closing point

Now throw that in the DCR calculator.

Sorry to bust up your business Larry! But I'll take that $20 a pop to figure out DCR anyday!

Mods can you take this and make it a sticky!

BTW Larry ain't it a great thing that we have all this DCR questions now! Think about it, 2-3 years ago nobody even knew what it was. Now I see them throw it around on LS1tech etc..... Just more help to keep the chevy guys out there the fastest.

I see...According to the "change compression equal HP" calculator we have here, changing my 10.479 compression to 11.1 would only net me 1% more power, and if I were to change it to 11.5 it would only net me 4%?

You could probably go to 12.5 to one with that cam and still not be over 9.0 DCR.That should be somewhere in the 25-30HP or more range and that's a bunch.
