100k mile stock LT1 rods and crank - worth reconditioning and reusing?

hey guys

just wondering if stock 100k mile LT1 rods are worth reconditioning and reusing for a budget 355 rebuild?

what about stock 100k mile crank?

estimating approximately 6500 rpm shifts (maybe a little less) on a new setup with AI heads and AI custom cam....

thanks!

I pulled mine out at 80k and they have virtually no wear at all on the entire rorating assembly, But its all in a box in my garage now.

100bucks + shipping or pickup. Rods still have pistons on them but i assume you wont want those.

Id actually tend to agree with him unless you are on a very tight budget some eagle SIR rids are pretty cheap, but you might get away with a rod bolt upgrade, 80 bucks if you want the crank, that is most of the cost since it was the only part I would re-use, but your shipping will be alot less, i gotta go to work, Ill be on tomarrow. bye...
