Just wondering who has the 1.7rr's on there car and has been using them for a while. Is everything running okay still on the car with them? How was the gain that you noticed? I wanna do another power mod to my car but i can't afford a cam kit right now so i was gonna get those for the time being. Any opinions are welcome. Thanks.

 

I have them on my car. they have been on there for about 9 months now and ive had no problems with them. They are the scorpions. they are def a nice gain with tuning. look at my sig for my best time with bald 17" nittos and full weight with a slipping trans and only a 2400 stall convertor......along with the usual bolt ons

 

I have 1.7 scorpions as well. There was a noticeable SOTP improvement. Unfortunately, I don't have a back to back dyno comparo. I dynod 300 rwhp with bullets, and then swapped to borlas. Then with 1.7s and bigger (heavier wheels) I dynod at 300 rwhp again. BUT, I can tell you it pulled better. I think the mufflers were killing roughly 10hp, but no hard data.
