Comp does make 1.7rr's, but I don't think they're LT1 specific.

I know a local guy who is running stock LS1 takeoffs (1.7:1) rockers on his SBC. It's not a direct swap and he did some modifications to the valvetrain, but it works. What was really funny was everyone saying how crazy he was when he did this.

As for a 427 LT1...I'm sure it's possible. I've seen 421 and 414ci LT1s before. Just a matter of spending the $$$ for the custom crank and modifications to the block.
