does the stud/locking nut on 1.6 pro mags with 3/8 studs nudge right up to the stock valve cover on anyone else's car? Mine seems to be pressed right up against the valve cover, and it's causing an annoying ticking/slapping noise. The funny thing is that it only happens occassionally. I did bend that middle support piece in the middle of the cover back to fit the pro mags.

My computer is out getting tuned, and since i have some free time now I might pull the covers off and do some "persuading" with a rubber mallet. Let me know what you guys think

Mine are working fine, never had a clearance problem with the stock covers and pro mags.

 

I didn't have that problem either. Are you sure the rocker pivot is right side up?

 

The valve covers only take a second to take off, so i guess i'll find out tomorrow night. I am pretty sure that installed them correctly, but we'll see. I may just be paranoid
