1.6 rr's

I just bought some new 1.6 rr's, all i have left to do is buy the new springs/retainers and pushrods befor I install them. I just wondering what kind of preformance improvement I will see with them? What will they gain me in say the 1/8 and 1/4. Will I be able to feel the hp gain or is it a mod that is in the every little bit counts category?

Well it should gain between 8-12rwhp and about a tenth in the 1/4 and you should notice the power increase.Good luck with the install.

Best mod I've done to date. I didn't gain any time because I could't get off the line good. But I picked up 1.8mph (16rwhp on the drag calculater) I see you already have the lt4km. They should work even better for you with your lt's

Thanks guys, thats good news! So a ballpark hp estimate would be 8-12hp to the wheels, what about torque?

torque should be right in the same ballpark...give or take.

i do remember seeing someone actally dyno before/after and pick up 25hp/20# trq with 1.6rr and an lt4km....so the gains may actually be more...
