1.6 rr's or 1.7's

Is there a big difference going with 1.7's over 1.6's?

well they are just ratios... depends what cam you are using them with, the 1.7 is just going to increase valve lift so be sure your springs are up to it...

If you ever plan of doing a cam swap in the future, then I would stick with the 1.6s. If not, then you may see some small gains in going with the 1.7 RRs versus the 1.6s.
