..i put an aluminum dual plane manifold on my lt1 from GM, it leaked a little bit of fuel out between the manifold and the block, just above the water pump..i put RTV on it, and it sealed..is this going to cause a problem for pressure or compresssion?

 

Not pressure or compression. Sounds like either vacuum or oil.
