Do a asearch in the Archives. I've never heard of anybody having a good experience, and I'm not exaggerating. If you order from Excessive you are GUARENTEED to have something go wrong, like them sending Ford heads for your LT1, holding your order for four months on a part they have IN STOCK, refusing to refund your money when they screw up, charging a restocking fee and making you pay shipping on parts they incorrectly ship, or selling used parts as new. Do I need to go on?

:shocked: How did the camshaft get torn up so bad?

The reason I ask is because I just spun a bearing in mine about a month ago. I have a second "trade-in" block at the engine shop right now being built (383 baby!), so we haven't opened my engine up yet to assess the damage. I just put in a cam about 2K miles ago, and if it's trashed, I'm gonna be pissed...

I'm not positive, but as you can see the roller on the lifter had a flat spot, nto sure what caused it to lock up
