$1,000 to spend, don't know what to get

i have about $1000 to spend on my 97 stock Z28. the only thing i have on it is CAI. need some opinion on getting the most HP gain and what to get. I'm planning on getting a SLP Loudmouth. is it easy to install and it is any good?

Continue improving the breathing with headers and a cat-back..

If you have an A4, a converter..

Gears are always an option..

Better suspension/chassis..

It's really up to you. Figure out what you want to do with the car and go from there.
