x-pipe question
x-pipe question
I seen that flowtech is making a universal x-pipe kit called the xterminator.
I seen it on ls1speed.com.
I was wondering if it would actually bolt up with no problems and I could just add my mufflers and turndowns.
Is it that cheap and easy????

Re: x-pipe question
Summit's universal X pipe kit seems to fit on our cars pretty well with no real modifications, so I would think the Flowtech would be the same. Texas Speed now makes a custom X pipe kit for our cars with 18" bullets and 3" piping. I wished they offered it in 2.5" though as 3" true duals is overkill unless you have ported heads and a pretty big cam.

Re: x-pipe question
Its just a kit, it's gonna require a lot of fabrication to create a true dual setup with it.
Checkout www.texas-speed.com. They have a complete 3" true dual setup. This is the cheap easy way.
Checkout the webshots link in my sig. It shows my sweet-thunder setup.
