I'm curious, will one of the truck intake manifolds fit on an ls1 and work without problems? One of my friends has one of these manifolds, and he says it has bigger runners and ports and all and would flow better, we just don't know if we can put it on the ls1. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

 

It is a superior intake.
It does work on the LS1 engine.
It does NOT fit under the hood of a Camaro/Firebird.

****!!! There's no way to make it fit? Cause that would be sick to put that intake on my Camaro!!!!!!

 

The place it causes a problem is under your dash. So unless you want to cut your windshield to allow it to fit it ain't gonna work.

 

Thanks for all the info guys, guess i'll just have to go with the ls6 intake. But if anyone knows a decently easy way to get this thing to fit, let me know, thanks!
