Will an aftermarket throttle body help if i have a TB Bypass?

Will an aftermarket throttle body help if i have a TB Bypass?
I was just wanderin if it would still help any if i had a bypass?

Two different things. One has to do with the temperture of the air ... the other has to do with the volume of the air. And you can do one without the other or both.
