should i run a straight pip from the cat back? do you think ill lose hp or pick it up? im not sure because everyone always talks about back preasure. but if this will be alright, im considering running a 3 inch all the way out.

I run Loudmouth, which is basically a straight pipe......sounds great!

you won't lose torque or hp, you'll just relocate it on your power curve. You WILL lose a bit of back-pressure, not exactly a bad thing. I'd mainly be worried about sound ordinances, but if that's not a concern just do the cut-out and keep your stock cat-back.
