I tend to run about 32-35 in my tires. 30 is too low in my opinion and 35 is just about the limit to how high I'd want the pressure to be.

I would have to agree with the reccomendation for the Falken Ziax tires. That's what I've got on my Z and I am really impressed with them. It's actually raining here in Peoria today and I kept waiting for the rear to break loose on the way to work, but no problem. Through puddles and everything else it was like driving on a dry day... no slipping at all. They are pretty quiet too, only once in a while I'll get a rock or something stuck in the tread that clicks against the road... drives me nuts. Overall great tires.

Any opinions about the Hankook's? I went on Discount Tire Direct's website and read the comparisons b/t Hankook, Falken, Yokohama, and BFG G-Force KDWS'.... they all seem "in the ballpark" of eachother, but real life experience surplants what a manufacturer claims in writing, so... whatdaya guys think of the comparisons b/t these 4 tires listed above???

Personally, I'm looking for good wear, a quiet ride, and good wet traction. These are my three highest priorities in order.

Thanks,
Daryl

Lan01z,

Try www.discounttiredirect.com (Discount Tire Direct), I think I saw Nitto's on there. Or, just go to Nitto's website and they should have a "find a retailer near you" icon you can click on.

Good Luck!
Daryl

PS- I had Nitto Extreme's on a '93 Acura Integra I had before my '01 Z28 and I wasn't very pleased with the wear. They didn't seem like they'd last too long; maybe 15K at best and that's riding them down to the nub. Just some FYI...

Thanks man, I actually already checked tires.com (discounttiredirect.com) and they would have saved me 36 bucks per tire, but I needed them right away. I bought them locally at a performance shop. I hope I have better luck with the treadwear! I got 55,000 out of my stock goodyear GSC's!
