I have them on my other Z28 with 25,000 still have tread left.
I am happy with them and can't beat the price

want great inexpensive tires?
Look at the Yokohama ES-100 tires.
Beat the Kumhos in magazine tests.. I tried the Kumhos personally and would never suggest or recommend them.. Yokohama ES 100 is my next tire set for sure!

I love my kumho's.I have the ecsta mx's.They are very quit.At the track with 17psi in them I got a string of sub 2.00 60ft times. Not bad for a street tire.Give a little heat and out comes the sticky.

Kumho 712's on all 4 corners here. Great traction in the rain, great traction in the dry. But, I still can't cut better than a 2.1 60' time on them at the track.

Of course, that could be my 4.11 rear + street tires making it hard to launch.

I use the ecsta mx's for road racing they work very well for the price, their on C5 rims so the fronts are 17's so they feal alittle spongy mostly because their 17's, there are definatlly better tires out there but for the price you cant beat them. even put the fronts on the back to go the the track and I thought they were very impressive dropped the psi to 30 (looks like I should try alittle lower according to Geezer Powered) and pulled off a 2.0 60 ft. time I also have 3.73 gears on an A4. I don't agree with LAn01z I think they look sweet.

Well, I suppose if you can get past the tread pattern, noisyness, and the sidewalls, I guess they are an ok tire. I think they look sick on the zr1 rims though. Marstaut has nice rims and probably anything looks good on those babys.

I don't mind them, I've run some recent 1.90's and a 1.89 60' with the Ecsta MX 295's, and I'm still tuning. I'd rather have had the Gforce ta KD's but these are pretty good for the money.

Worst comes to worst, put these on front and Nitto's on back. They look pretty close as far as tread pattern goes.

I second the Yokohama AVS ES 100's, I just purchased them, and they ride pretty well.

Goodyear Eagle GS-D3's, Best tire I've ever put under my car. AA Rain Rating, Great traction, Tread looks awesome, treadwear's not to bad and price is not to high either.
