I'm thinking about putting this cam in my '99 Z28. What would be a good set of valve springs to use with it?

You don't need a ton of spring with a cam that mild, but you can put the Patriot Golds on pretty much anything and they are good to .650 lift and they are a bargain at $255 for the springs, tit retainers, locks, etc.

I'd never go with a beehive spring on anything. The Comp 918s have been linked to catastrophic failure -- https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=526319

I was doing a little research and I think I have decided on PAC 1218's. Anybody have any feedback on them?

Great spring. PAC made Comps 918s for a long time, then Comp dumped them and went to a different mfg and that's when Comp had problems.

Comp has since 'fixed' their 918 issues.
I can supply you with whatever you want. I also have a set of PAC 1518s here I will ship for $200, they are good to .650 lift.
