What does this mean? (cam related)

I know nothing about what all the numbers associated with a cam mean. Can anyone translate this: Lift: .581/.581 Dur@.050: 224/224 LSA: 112 114. If I were to do this, I'd get headers done at the same time and also get it dyno tuned. Is this something that would be appropriate for a true daily driver? I drive my car every day of the year. Thanks!
