What do the stock heads cfm flow at?
I found a nice set of heads for a decent price. These Heads Will Flow Over 200cfm At 0.300" Lift And 290+ At 0.500". The valve sizes are, 2.02 intake and 1.575 exhaust.

What are stock valve size? 2.00/1.55 and does it make much difference?

heads

Im not sure what the stock heads flow #s are but the the valve size is 194/150. You will not really notice much upping the valve size on the head. The real power is noticed with a good old port and polish with bigger valves. I tried 2.00/1.55 and was very disapointed. Nothing like pulling the heads twice! I did a home port and polish and the valves were done at the machine shop.

So i'm guessing the heads I like are good.

Go here and scroll down a little more than half way a look and the heads that says LS1 - LS6 Street/Strip Cylinder Heads are the ones i'm liking. The Patriot Performance CNC Ported Cylinder Heads above don't look too bad either.

quit quoting LT1 specs. They don't help out here at all.
LS1 5.7 stock heads have 2.00/1.55 valves.
