What do LS1's run with bolt on's?

A friend of mine with a '99 ran a 11.9 with the following mods:
-Free mods
-Hooker LT's
-3400 stall
-No muffler
I don't remember the mph.My car gets slower with mods though

What mods have you done? Get LTs and Gears and you wont think Slow anymore. Trust me! After every mod that I have done before, I didnt notice a difference until I put Gears and LTs on
