Unhappy Does the McCord Company Exist?!?!

I e-mailed them last wednesday about getting a cutout and they responded VERY quickly. I then sent the MO on thursday and e-mailed them asking them to e-mail me when the received the MO and shipped the cutout. The tracking number showed the MO got there early this week. I have e-mail them twice with no responses. Just wanna make sure I didnt send my money to some scammer. Thanks.

I have had mine in for about 4 months now. The only problem I had is the way they light the LED when it open or closed. Basically the switch lever got hung up in the detent, so I just took it off and have no other problems. The plate itself functions fine everytime I use it. I normally run with it open(quiet muffler) but late at night when I don't need the extra attention, it always closes.

Don't worry, they will get back to you. I have had mine for 6 months and it works great. The earlier versions had some problems, but the newer ones are great. They also answered some install Qs I had..

McCord has a regular business outside of car related products. He is often very busy with it. I am sure the holiday is slowing things up. I have met him one time, and he was very nice. I need to get up there for tuning. I would not be too concerned.
