with the right tune the TR224 cam will pass smog.
not sure if you can get away with ported stock heads too, but if you can you'd be making nearly 380s to the wheels since you have to run shorties or manifolds.
cam only probably about 360s.

Im gonna run long tubes, cut out, and a ORY, i know they wont pass smog but ill bolt up the stock manifolds and y-pipe for that. Also getting a LS6 Manifold. I need the most HP possible Im trying to beat a 04 cobra...
The Stealth II is 224/220 .612 intake .612 exhaust 112 sep.
vs.
The CheaTR is 214/230 .601 intake .578 exhaust 117 sep.
vs.
The TR 224 is 224/224 .563 intake .563 exhaust 114 sep
I dont think the Stealth II wil pass smog though cause of the 112 sep. I might be wrong. Which one will make more power? With the the above setup?

The specs you gave are the S1. "S" doesn't stand for stealth here. There is more than just LSA that will help a cam pass the smog test.
