Weird!!! Had car dynoed yesterday and when I use the A/C the tach revs

It starts at idle 850rpm then when I turn it on it creeps up to around 2000rpm. If I start off in first and drive upon slowing for a light, it won't drop to idle. I checked for kinks in the throttle body wiring, both with the gas pedal and with the cruise, but they seem to be working fine. Help

Never turn your a/c on again? I don't have any idea what might be wrong with it other than the a/c pulley being really stiff and working the engine too hard? I dunno, here's a bump for ya.

With all the engine work and stuff done, maybe the serpentine belt needs adjusting????
