TS 228R cam
pretty good cam from what ive seen. 112lsa will have your power in the upper rpm's, whereas the 114 will push it down lower. it would make a good DD cam imo, i am looking at a tsp 233/239 for a daily though
its on the upper range of the mild cams.
very good realiability and driveability with the proper tune.

thinking about it, i was under the impression that the higher the LSA (112 or 114) the higher in the rpm band the power usually peaked.

not sure but i would think about $1000
you have to remove most of the front engine accessories, and swap springs. then you'll need a dyno tune which can run upwards of $500
although a street tune is sometimes just as good if not better for part throttle.
parts you'll need for the swap are gonna be the cam, springs, pushrods, timing chain, and oil pump and the associated gaskets.
vendors sell the install kits for a good price.
