for the minimal mods you have 13.3@108 is GREAT, especially for a crappy 2.3, if you had drag radials and got a 2.0 60 ft your slip would be damn near 12.7-12.8

You guys need to not knock someones times in high elevation and crappy weather untill you've went there and ran side by side with him and beat him.
High elevation, heat, humidity, and a low barometer can combine to make your car run so slow that you'd think it was broke. But everybody elses at the same location does the same.

with a lid/longtubes/4400 stall/100 shot it should be showing its *** to the 96. i cant see your 02 running ANY worse than an 11.70 on spray (i've got the same setup, see sig) on motor it would probably be a real close race.

i will also agree with AL SS590 M6 that weather is a HUGE factor in ET. my car ran 13.70s with a Lid and Loudmouth at around 102 mph in 90*, very humid weather. 2 days later, at nite when it was 20 degrees cooler and a bit drier, instant 13.40s @ 104.

How is 13.3 GREAT when it's an LS1 with LTs AND true duals and other bolt ons? Yeah the 2.3 is terrible, and he could cut that time down to 12.7 with a 1.8 60' and probably get another mph out of it.

Re: track results of my 02

I've gotten a 2.0 60 ft time on street tires with 15K miles on them. My best run is a 8.59@84 MPH

Re: track results of my 02

Ouch. My SS ran a 13.4 @ 106.5 100% stock in 4800' DA. Good weather will definitely help your times though.

i really dont have to reply, you contradict yourself with your reply, i said a 13.3 is great FOR a 2.3 60 ft and when i said great i was talking about if he used some drag radials and cut that 60 down his times would have been even better, so again a 13.3 is GREAT for a 2.3 60 ft
