TPIS 90mm lS6 intake is it still worth it?

I've got a LS6 intake boxed up I've had for a few yrs, would a TPIS 90mm conversion give me a worthwhile power increase over my BBK SSI intake w/85mm ported TB, or should I just open up the BBK to accept a 90m tb, or not even waste my time?

Please, Let me know why you suggest a certain poll option.

Modification list, it's long!
SLP lid, AMS air filter, BBK ported 85mm TB, BBK intake, flow matched SVO #30 injectors, Yella Terra 6645 rockers, PAC 1521 valve springs w/titanium retainers, AFR 205's w/66c chambers and GM MLS gaskets, LS7 lifters, Comp 7.450" - 5/16"dia. PR's, ARP head Bolts, BBK Lt headers w/ORY, 5" case magnaflow 3" in/out dumped before rear axle, Kaytech manual belt tensioner, Meziere street EWP, Fluidampr10% UD crank pulley, Mast fuel rails, Vinci Performance ported oil pump w/Mikronite process, Cloyes timing chain/gear set, Racetronics in tank 255 fuel pump kit w/hot-wire, Custom CompCam 227(.614")/231(.617") 111lsa +2 cam (LSL lobes), Tick adj. clutch master cylinder, SDPC LS7 clutch kit w/aluminum flywheel, stock 10 bolt w/3.42 gears.
I've also got poly motor mounts, UMI trans mount w/TA relocation , Edelbrock adj. TA, and a full custom suspension, and a lot more.

Thanks!

Nobody can answer this question without knowing all of the mods to your engine.

Yep if you have anything other than a stock LS1 intake leave it alone.
Going from a stocker to a larger aftermarket intake on a heads/cam motor can gain you some good power.
Going from a large aftermarket to a larger aftermarket won't gain enough to hardly measure except for the weight loss in your rear pocket.

I think the best combo for your car would be a Fast 102 ported by Tony Mamo at AFR BUT its hidesously expensive. The BBK is heavy and suffers from heat soak as well. If your car is already tuned for the BBK just leave it alone-the gains are not worth it.

Yeah, the car was tuned with the BBK intake, but I found out a couple days later, after it started throwing a KS code that I pinched the KS wiring between the intake and the passenger side head, also causing a very slight vacuum leak. The vacuum leak was very apparent (smoother idle) after the KS wiring harness was fixed and the intake reinstalled. Anyway how much power do you think I can possibly gain by having my tuner, re-tune the car, since he will anyway be going back to check/adjust the fuel trims (my MPG took a big dive after fixing the vac leak)...?

So what do you think....?

Sell the LS6 intake. Sell the BBK intake and throttle body. Buy a FAST 92mm and a matching throttle body (not necessarily from FAST). You'll almost break even, and will make more power than any other option.

You've got quite a bit of money tied up in that setup with the AFR heads, PAC springs, YT rockers and EWP. Why go cheap on the intake?

Well with the Fast you will lose about 3-4 pounds off the front. Ported 102 with that cam tuned might see about 6-10 at the wheels over what you have

Some good reading here from guys that would know including Mamo
