Torque to Angle Indicator for head inst.?

Would it be better to use the FelPro torque to angle indicator tool (TRQ-1) or the LS1HowTo method to install head bolts? Thanks

I know this doesn't answer your question but ARP head studs are the way to go. You use regular torqueing methods. They are screwed all the way down into the block for better strength. They are totally reusable and you'll never have to clean coolant and crud out of the holes again.

The ARP studs are a little pricey for me. I was thinking of the ARP bolts. What do you think of them?
