For those of you with 17x11 in the back

Alright I am having a scrapage problem, I currently have a eibach sprotline kit with new bilstein shocks in the back. problem is i wanna make this damn thing so stiff that the rims, and when I make tight as turns over 70 that the damn things don't scrape. For those of you who have the 17x11 wheels in the back with 315's please give me advice on how to correct my porblems and how I can stiffen the back to make the damn thing strait. Thanks for any info.

Later,
Chris

i spoke to a 2001 z28 owner about the 17x11s he has on his car... he is using 1LE springs all around, koni sa, and an adjustable panhard and has no problems with rub.

from the looks of it, stock spring height and an adjustable panhard rod are the keys to getting 17x11s to fit properly.

Im running 17x11 w/315s I had rubbing problems until I put my Adj. pan hard rod on it straightened the situation a lot I also pounded in the inner fenders and rolled the outter lip im also running a 5mm spacer on my 17x11 to give them a little more room But im running the prokit because i have a body kit. Where is it rubbing exactly? look at my pics in my profile to see the 315's

Firebirds have more fender clearance for big tires than Camaros.

Do you guys have 36 or 50 mm offset. I heard their are less clearance probs with 50.

Alright since I last posted...the started post, so far I went and had the panhard re-adjusted, the wheels i have I think have a 36mm offset. anyway I got the panhard installed and I mean nice, the right side is no longer scaping, but the left side is, my new problem is now that the left side is scaping, and Idea's about the best way to adjust that bar?
